Timbaland Spoils Proclaimers' Party
Give it to Me, featuring Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake, moves up seven places to the number one spot, while the Scottish twins' charity single (I'm Gonna Be) 500 miles slips to four.
Mark Ronson's Stop Me is the chart's runner-up this week, with Girlfriend by Avril Lavigne a place behind at three and Beyonce and Shakira's joint effort Beautiful Liar completing the top five.
No such luck for Pop Idol loser Gareth Gates though, his comeback single Changes debuted at 14, three places behind Brianstorm by Arctic Monkeys, which remains just out of the top ten for the second week running a day ahead of its physical release.
In the albums chart Kings Of Leon are still top dog with Because of the Times, with Nelly Furtado's Loose gatecrashing the top five at the expense of Maximo Park, whose Our Earthly Pleasures drops to nine.
