Tim Mcgraw - Tim Mcgraw's New Album Delayed Again
Country star Tim Mcgraw's long-awaited new album faces another delay - it is to be released a week later than scheduled.
Emotional Traffic, the singer's final album for Curb Records, has been locked away for almost 18 months during a legal spat between MCGraw and label bosses over his contract.
MCGraw was restricted from recording or releasing new music during the battle, but a judge in Tennessee lifted the ban last month (Dec11) and ruled the executives had to release the album in the New Year.
Emotional Traffic was then set for a 16 January (12) debut, but now MCGraw fans will have to wait an extra week to get hold of a copy following a new delay.
The album features a duet with R&B star Ne-Yo and tracks MCGraw wrote with Martina MCBride and Brett and Brad Warren, according to CountryWeekly.com.
MCGraw isn't quite free of his legal wrangles with Curb Records bosses - they are suing him for breach of contract and that case is scheduled to go to trial in July (12).
