Thief Breaks Into Steve Jobs' Home
A thief broke into the visionary's Palo Alto mansion on 17 July (12) and stole over $60,000 (Gbp37,500) worth of items, including computers and other personal effects, which he then sold, according to the Santa Clara Daily News.
Kariem MCFarlin has been arrested in connection with the crime and is being held on $500,000 (Gbp312,500) bail until his next court date, which has been set for Monday (20Aug12).
If convicted, the 35 year old faces up to seven years and eight months behind bars.
Jobs lost his battle with pancreatic cancer in October (11), aged 56.
