"I just heard the sad news about Kerry MCGregor. I really admired Kerry and my thoughts now go out to all of her family & friends." Simon Cowell pays tribute to former British The X Factor contestant Kerry MCGregor, who lost her battle with bladder cancer on Tuesday (03Jan12), aged 37. MCGregor competed on the show in 2006 against Leona Lewis, who went on to win the contest.
