"We're gonna send Jessica Simpson to the Democratic National Convention." U.S.
President GEORGE W. Bush, a Republican, jokes about Simpson's impact on her
Dallas Cowboys star boyfriend during a visit to the White House by Super Bowl
champions the New York Giants on Wednesday (30Apr08). The Giants beat Tony
Romo's Cowboys on their way to the big game and the Simpson romance was partly
blamed for destroying Romo's concentration.
