Green Day star Billie Joe Armstrong on the virus that struck him down and forced the band to scrap a show in Italy on Sunday night (02Sep12). The rocker was treated for dehydration in hospital, but bounced back for the group's scheduled performance at the MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles on Thursday (06Sep12).
