THE FRAY rockers JOE KING and ISAAC SLADE are suing their manager over the copyright of their back catalogue.
The Grammy-nominated band signed a publishing agreement with Gregg Latterman in 2005, and claim they were told the manager would only get a finder's fee as part of the contract.
However, songwriting duo King and Slade state Latterman actually obtained partial ownership of their tracks through the deal, according to a lawsuit filed at Colorado's U.S. District Court on Monday (14Sep09).
It is not known how much the pair is seeking in damages.
