The Flaming Lips' Record-breaking Tour Takes Shape
Wayne Coyne and his band are hoping to replace Jay Z in the Guinness Book of Records, and they've collected a group of pals to join them on the ambitious trek.
Hunter Hayes, Grimes and Neon Indian will also hit the road with the band on 27 June (12).
Proceeds from ticket sales for the 24 hours of shows will benefit VH1's Save The Music Foundation.
The group will kick off the trek with a show in Memphis, Tennessee before boarding a vintage tour bus for a series of dates in Mississippi and Louisiana.
Guests will join them at every stop.
Jay Z earned the Guinness World Record title for the Most Live Concerts In 24 Hours after playing seven shows in seven different cities in 2006.
