The Edge Mourning Mother's Death
Irish rocker The Edge is in mourning following the death of his beloved mother Gwenda.
The U2 star's mum passed away on Monday (11Jun12) after a short battle with illness. She was in her late 70s.
A private funeral is expected to take place later this week (ends15Jun12) and The Edge, real name David Evans, and his bandmates Bono, Larry Mullins and Adam Clayton are all expected to attend, according to Irish news site Herald.ie.
