Ted Nugent's Drummer Pleads Not Guilty To Stealing Golf Cart
Rocker Ted Nugent's drummer has pleaded not guilty to stealing a golf cart after a performance in Bangor, Maine last month (Jul12).
Mick Brown was arrested on 8 July (12) after he was caught behind the wheel of a stolen golf cart, which belonged to a group of concert staffers. He was also accused of pushing a security guard who tried to stop the percussionist as he sped past.
The 55 year old was later released on bail and charged with driving under the influence, driving to endanger, theft and assault, but on Wednesday (15Aug12) his attorney, Richard Hartley, entered four not guilty pleas on behalf of his client at the Penobscot Judicial Center.
Brown was not present at the courthouse for the hearing, according to The Bangor Daily News.
