Swift will debut the tune on the star-studded Stand Up 2 Cancer telethon, which will be broadcast in the U.S. on Friday night (07Sep12), according to the Associated Press.

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has brought together a slew of her celebrity pals to raise awareness and funds for research into the disease, and the Los Angeles event will feature the likes of Tom Hanks, Halle Berry, Justin Timberlake, Alicia Keys and Emma Stone.
