The No Scrubs hitmaker, who purchased the home in 2001 for just over $1.12 million (£700,000), managed to keep it from being auctioned off, and has now offloaded the luxury house for $680,000 (£425,000), according to Tmz.com.

The mortgage on her pad was the main reason for Watkins filing for bankruptcy last year (11), although her application was denied in February (12) after she allegedly failed to complete the proper paperwork to show attempts to pay off her debts of more than $700,000 (£437,500).
