Sylvester Stallone Knocks Down Property Price
Rocky star Sylvester Stallone is willing to take a hit on his house sale - he has slashed the asking price of his lakefront mansion by $200,000 (£125,000).
The movie tough-guy originally put his sprawling property in Lake Sherwood, California on the market for $5.2 million (£3.25 million) in 2009.
But when the home failed to sell, he de-listed it and called in contractors to renovate the property. Now the three-bedroom, three-bathroom mansion, which also boasts a boat house and a private dock, has gone back on sale at a reduced price of $5 million (£3.12 million).
