Sylvester Stallone - Sylvester Stallone Breaks Silence Over Son's Heartbreaking Death

"When a parent loses a child there is no greater pain", the 'Rocky' actor told Tmz in a heartfelt statement. "Therefore, I am imploring people to respect my talented son's memory and feel compassion for his loving mother Sasha". He goes on to describe his loss as 'agonising' and begs to have his son's memory and soul 'left in peace'. His son Sage was discovered on Friday (13th July 2012) in his home by police when friends and family were unable to get in touch with him. It is as yet unclear as to how long he was dead before being found by the Lapd. So far, police reports are that the death was not a suicide and was most probably an accident.

A rep of Stallone has also made a statement to the same publication saying: "Sylvester Stallone is devastated and grief-stricken over the sudden loss of his son Sage Stallone. His compassion and thoughts are with Sage's mother, Sasha. Sage was a very talented and wonderful young man. His loss will be felt forever".
