Swizz Beatz - Swizz Beatz Lands Creative Design Post At Lotus

The business savvy star has already shown his design credentials with his own watch collection for Audemars Piguet and as creative director at sneaker brand Reebok Classics.

The beatmaker, real name Kasseem Dean, is now moving into the motor industry by teaming up with Lotus.

A representative for Lotus says, "Like Group Lotus, he means business. He's a risk taker with considerable credentials, including music producer, rapper, designer and painter. (He's) the perfect man to add to the Lotus lineup."

And Beatz, who is married to R&B star Alicia Keys, promises to impress with his work for Lotus.

In a series of posts on Twitter.com, he writes, "Welcome to the new Lotus:) ...Sky is not the limit its (sic) just the view! My job on earth is to take it to the next level."

But Beatz isn't stopping there - he's also inked a deal with Hasbro board games to become the face of revamped 80s game Simon Flash. The colour sequence challenge will relaunch later this year (11).

Confirming the joint venture, Hasbro spokesman Maurice Hamilton says, "This is another great partnership for all parties involved. We look forward to a long and healthy relationship between Hasbro and Swizz Beatz".
