Swearing Church Trips Filming Tv Show
Charlotte Church stunned the studio audience during filming of the first episode of her new TV chat show, when she tripped over a camera lead and began swearing.
The Voice Of An Angel star, whose TV series THE CHARLOTTE CHURCH show debuts in the UK tonight (01SEP06), lost her balance as she made her way across the studio floor.
She said, "I can't believe I f**king fell! I hurt my knee. What an embarrassment. I've scragged my tights."
Other mishaps to occur included Church forgetting her lines and the band coming in too early.
But speaking after filming, a confident Church said, "I was really nervous before I went on. I can't believe I fell, but it broke the ice. I really fed off the audience.
"But I can deal with this sort of thing as I've been performing since I was 12."
