Sway missed out on appearing on David Guetta's 'Sexy B**ch'.

The 28-year-old rapper was rushing out of the studio when David was working with Akon on the dance track, and he admits he regrets it as he may have ended up on the song in some capacity.

He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: ''I was with Akon when he made the track 'Sexy B**ch' with David Guetta but I had to leave to go to a meeting.

''All I knew was that he was this cool French bloke, I hadn't met him before. When I saw Akon next he was like, 'We made an amazing track!' - I should have stuck around cuz it may have been me singing 'Sexy B**ch'!''

Sway is closely affiliated with Akon's record label Konvict, and he admits he enjoys a great relationship with the business.

He said: ''Konvict is like family, Akon and me are pretty close, he gives me advice when he can make time. And then he'll be like, 'Oh when I was in the studio with Michael Jackson...' it's cool man, we get on.''
