Supermodel Kuhn Sues Over Stella Artois Ads

The leggy blonde was featured in a Stella Artois advertisement in March (10), in which she was seen gazing into the camera from across the table, dressed in a gold dress and holding a red glass.

The picture was one of a series of snaps taken in 1963 for Polydor Records and was distributed for use in the Stella Artois ad by Corbis Images.

But Kuhn is not happy with its inclusion in the beer promotion and she has filed a $7 million (£4.67 million) lawsuit against Corbis Images in a Manhattan federal court in New York, according to the New York Post.

However, a representative for the photo firm has dismissed Kuhn's legal threat, dismissing the case as "without merit".
