Stuntman Hurt On New York Movie Set
A stuntman has been injured on the New York set of DENZEL WASHINGTON's new movie THE TAKING OF PELHAM 123.
The unnamed stand-in was hurt during a stunt on Saturday (05Apr08), in which the police car he was driving flipped over after being hit by an ambulance.
A real ambulance was called to the scene and he was taken to a hospital close to the First Avenue, Manhattan set, reports the New York Daily News. His condition is unknown.
Washington stars alongside James Gandolfini in the Tony Scott-directed remake of the 1974 heist thriller.
