Veteran British broadcaster Stuart Hall has pleaded not guilty to a string of rape and sex assault charges.
The 83-year-old former Bbc sports presenter is accused of raping a teenager between 1976 and 1978 in Manchester, England when she was aged between 14 and 16.
He is also accused of raping and assaulting a second alleged victim, aged between 11 and 15 at the time, between 1976 and 1981.
Hall pleaded not guilty to five counts of indecent assault and 15 counts of rape at Preston Crown Court in England on Friday (28Feb14).
His trial has been provisionally set for 6 May (14).
