Sticky Fingaz Relieved Shooting Wasn't More Serious

Hip-hop star STICKY FINGAZ is relieved rapper LUCE CANNON is not suffering from more serious injuries after accidentally shooting his pal in the leg last week (ends12Jun09).
The actor and member of rap group Onyx, real name Kirk Jones, was showing off one of his guns to Cannon when the weapon was fired - shattering the bone in Cannon's shin.
He was taken to hospital and underwent emergency surgery soon after what he has called "a freak accident" - but the bullet is still embedded in his limb.
The pair remains good friends and Fingaz is breathing a sigh of relief Cannon is still alive, reports AllHipHop.com.
He says, "This incident was unfortunate, but could have been much worse. I'm just happy Luce is recovering and in good condition."
No charges have been filed against Fingaz.
