Stefani Reveals Baby Weight Battle

Gwen Stefani is urging new mothers to eat healthily as they battle to lose their post-baby weight, after successfully slimming down following the birth of her son KINGSTON
The No Doubt frontwoman avoided drastic crash diets taken by many celebrity mothers and lost weight gradually after Kingston's birth in May (06)
Speaking to American Idol host Ryan Seacrest on his Los Angeles radio show, Stefani said, "Let's just talk about how hard it's been
"That's been really hard But it's almost gone
"I've just been eating healthy I cheat every day at least once "
