Stars Design T-shirts For Gay Rights Campaign

Alan Cumming, Jane Lynch and Cyndi Lauper are among the famous faces who have designed T-shirts for a gay rights campaign.

The X2 actor has sketched a face on to his garment with the slogan 'You Don't Need To Be Straight To Think Straight', and Glee star Lynch's picture shows two women holding the hands of a child below the caption 'We Are Family'.

Lauper makes a bold statement on her black shirt, writing in red, "Equality. Time For It To Become A Reality" and singer/actress Idina Menzel's creation simply states, "Defy Negativity".

Proceeds from the $34.99 (£21.86) items go to the Give a Damn Campaign, which promotes gay and lesbian rights.
