Star Trek Fans Set For Christmas Bonanza As Props Go On Sale

STAR TREK fans can get an early start on Christmas (06) when props and costumes from the cult sci-fi show go under the hammer next month (DEC06). Hollywood production and wardrobe store It's A Wrap, where the stars drop off their memorabilia, is staging a massive Star Trek sale on 15 December via internet site eBay. An It's A Wrap spokesman says, "The goal of the Star Trek prop, wardrobe and set dressing sale is to give the Star Trek fans a chance to own and cherish a piece of film and television history." Items for sale include items from 10 motion pictures and five TV series including the Observation Lounge Table and Chairs from the Starship Enterprise and the Starfleet Rifle, both used in STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION.
