Springsteen Son Rescued From Lake Placid

Bruce Springsteen's son EVAN was rescued from Lake Placid, New York earlier this month (02JUL06) after his kayak overturned.
The 15-year-old was kayaking with friends during a Independence Day weekend break in the stunning region when the accident happened and was rescued by rangers.
A spokesman for New York's Department of Environmental Conservation said the rocker and his wife PATTI SCIALFA personally thanked the rangers for rescuing their son.
