Spears + Simpson Set For New York?
Pop princesses Britney Spears and Jessica Simpson are set to become New York neighbours - at the same time.
The singers are both looking for new homes in the Big Apple, according to sources.
Spears is looking at lofts in the West Village, while Simpson is interested in buying a home nearby.
A source tells New York's Page Six gossip column, "Britney and her manager recently looked at a couple of places a few weeks ago. She apparently wants to start over in NYC."
It'll be a return for Spears, who sold an apartment in the Silk Building for $4 million (GBP2 million) in 2006.
The same real estate broker who took Spears house hunting, also showed Jessica a six-room duplex penthouse in Chelsea.
