Spears Intruder Pleads Not Guilty To Trespassing
A woman accused of trespassing outside BRITNEY SPEARS' Los Angeles home has pleaded not guilty to the crime.
Miranda Tozier-Robbins, 26, was arrested in April (09) after she was spotted by the singer's security guards in the grounds of Spears' Calabasas, California property, while the star was out of town on her Circus world tour.
Tozier-Robbins, who claimed she was filming a documentary, was charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct.
She appeared in an Los Angeles court for her arraignment hearing on Tuesday (23Jun09), and protested her innocence.
A pre-trial date has been set for 17 July (09), but Tozier-Robbins is expected to reach a deal with the District Attorney soon, according to reports.
Spears won a temporary restraining order against the alleged intruder last week (begs15Jun09), banning Tozier-Robbins from going within 100 yards (300 feet/91 metres) of the Toxic hitmaker and her home.
