Spacey Gave Blair Speaking Tips
Oscar winner KEVIN SPACEY has reportedly given British Prime Minister TONY BLAIR public speaking advice.
The AMERICAN BEAUTY actor apparently advised the UK leader before his speech to the Labour Party Conference in Manchester, northern England last week (26SEP06).
The Prime Minister approached Spacey, 47, for tips on how to deliver the speech to the best possible effect, according to British newspaper The Sunday Telegraph.
A source told the newspaper, "He got Blair to pause a lot more than he usually does and did some work on his posture.
"He also wanted Blair to use his eyes to a much greater effect."
