Face To Face - Songwriters Film Troubadors Wins Audience Award At Santa Barbara Festival

Australian film Face To Face and MORGAN NEVILLE's celebrated TROUBADORS have been named the big winners at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival in California.
The jury at the 11-day event, which included actors Christopher Lloyd and Billy Baldwin, picked Michael Rymer's Face To Face as the winner of the 2011 Panavision Spirit Award for Independent Cinema, while the Audience Choice Award went to Troubadors, Neville's documentary about the Los Angeles music scene from the late 1960s to the early 1970s.
Other film festival winners included Togetherness Supreme (Best International Film Award), Nostalgia For The Light (Nueva Vision Award), and Patisserie (Best East Meets West Cinema Award).
The festival closes on Sunday night (06Feb11).
