Snooki Gives Up The Game: I'm Pregnant And Engaged

Snooki is pregnant and engaged, she has revealed to US magazine. In the midst of mounting speculation, the magazine has published an interview with the Jersey Shore star. Snooki (aka Nicole Polizzi) told reporters that she is 15 weeks pregnant and that she has agreed to tie the knot with her partner Jionni LaValle.

Known for her wild partying antics, Snooki said "I have different priorities now," and added "I don't care what anybody else thinks. As long as I know I'm ready and he's ready." Jionni reportedly chipped in, saying "We are not going to screw this up." Snooki admitted that they discovered the news that she was pregnant shortly after a New Year's binge. Snooki was photographed recently sporting a huge diamond ring on her wedding finger, so the news won't be much of a shock to most of her fans. She's recently been filming a Jersey Shore spin-off with co-star Jenni Farley and it's unclear where the show's producers will take it, now that Snooki will have to cut down on her wild-child activities.

Polizzi's ex-boyfriend Emilio Masella spoke to TMZ recently saying that he hoped she lost the baby. His barbed comments were published earlier this week, with Masella saying "I hope for her sake ... not to be rude or anything ... but I hope she has a miscarriage." He also added that she should take a paternity test, saying that he felt her Jersey Shore cast-mate Vinny Guadagnino could easily be father.
