Snider Accepts Rock Of Ages Ambassador Role
Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider has been named the worldwide ambassador of the Rock Of Ages stageshow.
Snider was presented with a certificate marking his new role in Times Square, New York on Friday (01Apr11).
Twisted Sister's music appears in the musical, which is set to be turned into a movie later this year (11), starring Tom Cruise, Mary J. Blige and Julianne Hough.
The rocker played the character of Dennis for 11 weeks before the show ended its initial run on Broadway late last year (10).
The musical is set to reopen at the Helen Hayes Theatre on 7 April (11).
