Sir Paul Mccartney - Sir Paul Mccartney's Employee Testifies Over Alleged Assault
One of Sir Paul Mccartney's employees has testified against a male masseur she has accused of sexual assault.
The female worker, who cannot be named for legal reasons, claims she booked Daniel Pytlarz to treat the Beatle at his London home in 2009 and she "jumped at the chance" to receive a complimentary full-body massage.
However, she told jurors at Southwark Crown Court in England on Monday (14May12) that she was in "total shock" when the 34 year old allegedly began touching her intimately while she was naked on his massage table.
She told the court, "I was crying, but with my face down. He could not see but I believe I made it perfectly clear that I was uncomfortable and in distress. I was frightened that if I said something, as far as I knew I was alone in this place and he could have locked the door. I had no idea what could have happened. I just wanted to get through it and get out of there."
After leaving the clinic, the alleged victim alerted the police and also told MCCartney about the incident, prompting the star to cancel his appointment for Pytlarz to massage him and his now-wife Nancy Shevell.
She added, "They cancelled because I told my boss... what had happened."
Pytlarz denies inappropriately touching 18 female clients. The trial continues.
