Jessica Simpson - Simpson Sued Over Fitness Dvd

JESSICA SIMPSON is facing a $10 million (£7 million) breach of contract lawsuit over an unreleased workout DVD. The singer filmed an exercise video for fitness company Speedfit in 2005, but the shoot quickly became a shambles after Simpson allegedly turned up to the studio "tipsy".

And her manager-father Joe reportedly refused to sign off on the project, preventing the Speedfit bosses from releasing the DVD.

And now company owner Alex Astilean is taking legal action to settle the score.

An insider tells Radaronline.com, "Jessica was a mess during that shoot.

"They asked her to come back and reshoot, but she refused, and that's why she's facing a lawsuit now."
