Simon Cowell Denies Further Rumours Of Instability On X Factor USA
Simon Cowell has hit out at reports that new recruit Britney Spears is unfit to star on the show, stating that she is not 'unstable' and that the two both get on well.
Speaking to X17 Online, SiCo said that Britney is "not unstable, I'm the one who's unstable! She's working out great, I mean, all these reports that we've fallen out, it's nonsense. She's doing a great job."
Cowell also insisted that he was more than happy with Britney's performance on the show, also stating that he believes that taking part in the series will be good for her as she looks to overcome the demons that have plagued her career in recent years.
In spite of this, many are still unconvinced with the 'Till The End Of The World' singer's turn on the show, with many viewers complaining that on more than one occasion her judges' chair is empty. Britney is reportedly being paid £10million to appear on the show this season, in what could be one of the biggest gambles in his career.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the Atlantic, news has broken recently that a permanent replacement for Kelly Rowland has emerged in the shape of Nicole Scherzinger. Lets hope that she proves to be less of a liability than Britney is.
