Signed Beckham Charity Shirt Stolen
The soccer kit, signed by the sports legend, was exhibited in a frame in a shop in St Albans, England and was to be auctioned off for local children's hospice Keech Cottage.
The item - expected to raise over $900 (£600) for terminally ill kids - was stolen earlier this month (Jun10) and police have launched an investigation into the theft.
Local councillor Gordon Myland says, "Whoever did this is the lowest of the low. The highest bid was £600, which is what would have gone to the hospice. I would like to... appeal for the guilty party or anyone with information to come forward."
