A representative for the Cinema Public House claimed none of the staff noticed the brawl outside, but the confirmed LaBeouf has been a regular at the venue while in town to shoot 'The Company You Keep'. The attack comes almost a year to the day that Shia was caught on camera throwing a cup of coffee at a paparazzo. The actor was reading a book outside a cafe in Washington when he noticed the photographer, hurled his drink at him, and fled down the street.

'The Company You Keep', set for release in 2012, follows a former underground activist who goes on the run from a journalist who has discovered his identity. Directed by Robert Redford, the movie also stars Anna Kendrick and STANLEY TUCCI.
