Shia Labeouf's Attack By 'Shirtless Man' Caught On Camera
Sources said Shia originally began fighting with the man inside the Cinema Public House bar, but the pair were kicked out by security staff. The scuffle continued outside, with the man tearing off his shirt and "unleashing the fury" on the actor. Minutes after the assault, the 25-year-old attempts to chase his attacker down the street, but friends move to restrain him, with one shouting, "You gotta lay low right now!" A representative for the Cinema Public House claimed none of the staff noticed the brawl outside, but the confirmed LaBeouf has been a regular at the venue while in town to shoot 'The Company You Keep'. The attack comes almost a year to the day that Shia was caught on camera throwing a cup of coffee at a paparazzo. The actor was reading a book outside a cafe in Washington when he noticed the photographer, hurled his drink at him, and fled down the street.
'The Company You Keep', set for release in 2012, follows a former underground activist who goes on the run from a journalist who has discovered his identity. Directed by Robert Redford, the movie also stars Anna Kendrick and STANLEY TUCCI.
