I also have tinnitus. Mine is due to a condition called Superior Canal Dehiscence. I had the problem corrected, which fixed most of the other symptoms I had. Unfortunately, I still have the ringing. It drove me completely mad the first few months I had it and I also contemplated suicide on more than one occasion. I didn't do tinnitus retraining therapy, but I did eventually learn how to train my brain to ignore it. Today, my ears ring most of the time, but for the most part, I don't hear it or don't pay attention to it. If someone else is reading this and has problems with tinnitus, it does get better and you really help your brain adjust to it. By the way, save your money, because the supplements and "miracle cures" that you can buy on the market do NOT work.
