Sharon Osbourne - Sharon Osbourne Delivers Food To Jack

Sharon Osbourne hand-delivers ''chef prepared meals'' for her son Jack.

The showbiz matriarch has been comforting Jack, his fiancee Lisa Stelly, and their baby daughter Pearl in the wake of his diagnosis with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and has been doing her best to assist with their family life.

A source told National Enquirer magazine: ''Sharon's always been extravagant when it comes to her kids, but now she stops by Jack and Lisa's home a few times a week, dropping off groceries and chef-prepared meals.

''Sharon's even sent her housekeeper over to help, even though they've got their own cleaning crew and Lisa cleans in-between.''

While Sharon's efforts are appreciated, Jack and Lisa have asked her to stop ''meddling'' and let them get on with things themselves.

The source continued: ''Lisa adores her mother-in-law, and knows she has a big heart when it comes to her children, but she's told Sharon she and Jack can take care of themselves and Pearl.

''Jack's tried to stop mom's meddling, telling her he'd put on weight, because Lisa loves to cook. But now he's eating meals for them both. Sharon just laughs and tells him it's her 'job as mom.'''

Sharon recently quit 'America's Got Talent' in a move of solidarity with her son, as it was made by network, NBC whom she accuses of withdrawing from offering him a place on reality show 'Stars Earn Stripes', allegedly because of his MS diagnosis.

She said: ''I just can't be fake. It's discrimination and it was badly handled. It's time to move on.''

Clive Davis Joins Growing Backlash Against Hotel, After Sultan Owner Introduces Brutal Sharia Law 4182187 News

Record producer Clive Davis has become the latest big name to shun hotels owned by Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah, who announced last week that he would proceed with the introduction of the Islamic Sharia law, a criminal code that permits severing of limbs and death by stoning for people who are gay or commit adultery.

Through the Brunei Investment Agency, the Sultan owns the Dorchester Collection luxury hotel chain, which includes the Hotel Bel-Air and The Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles. As a result of the Brunei law-making, celebrities and other powerful individuals who used to frequent one of the high-end hotels have collectively put their foot down to boycott the chain.

Outraged stars including Sharon Osbourne, Stephen Fry, Ellen DeGeneres, and Richard Branson have taken to social media to denounce the hotels. The latter businessman ruled that no Virgin employee or family will stay at the Dorchester group "until the Sultan abides by basic human rights."

The hotels have also taken a hit from those cancelling their functions and large-scale events, including Jeffrey Katzenberg's The Motion Picture & Television Fund (MPTF) Night Before Oscars event as well as the Women's rights organization the Feminist Majority Foundation's Global Women's Rights Awards, which is co-chaired by Jay Leno and his wife Mavis.

Additionally, the Hollywood Reporter has notified the Beverly Hills Hotel that it will not hold its annual Women in Entertainment breakfast there and the teen suicide prevention charity Teen Line has forfeited its $60,000 deposit in order to move its event elsewhere.

It has been speculated that the hotel boycott will have a greater impact on the employees of each of the shunned establishments, considering Bolkiah is estimated to be worth $20 billion. "There are no job losses yet, but there is definitely a feeling of instability and the staff is concerned," said a source via FOX411. "Without Hollywood types eating there or staying in the rooms and booking major Hollywood functions, there is no need to keep extra employees on."

However, Hollywood as a whole has been commended for its actions and the MPTF has responded to fears for hotel employees, saying said it "cannot condone or tolerate these harsh and repressive laws and as a result support a business owned by the Sultan of Brunei."

The fund added "We sincerely regret that the employees and management of the hotel may suffer because of our response and the response of many other organizations that have aligned against this outrageous and unacceptable legal code."

In a statement, the chain has implied that the incidence of an individua such as the Sultan being behind everyday companies and brands is not isolated: "Most of us are not aware of the investors behind the brands that have become an integral part of our everyday life, from the gas we put in our cars, to the clothes we wear, to the way we use social media, and to the hotels we frequent."

They also indicated that the laws of Brunei will not affect the way the hotels are run. "We continue to abide by the laws of the countries we operate in and do not tolerate any form of discrimination of any kind. The laws that exist in other countries outside of where Dorchester Collection operates do not affect the policies that govern how we run our hotels," said a Dorchester rep.

The Beverly Hills City Council will reportedly be meeting today to discuss a resolution to the situation by condemning Brunei's new laws and encouraging "the government of Brunei to divest itself of the Beverly Hills Hotel."

Ozzy Osbourne Was Left (Literally) Speechless By The Beatles 4052898 News

You’d think someone of Ozzy Osbourne’s status wouldn’t be star struck by anyone, but the legendary rocker was left speechless when he was tasked with introducing fellow musician, Ringo Starr at The Grammy Awards.

Apparently, he joined his Black Sabbath bandmates on stage to pay tribute to Starr, but immiedietly became overcome with nerves when he saw Sir Paul McCartney and John Lennon's widow Yoko Ono in the crowd looking back at him.

"He is so in awe of that band (Beatles) that when he was introducing Ringo, he couldn't say the word Beatles. He looked down, he saw Paul McCartney, he saw Yoko... and nothing came out... He was overcome,” Sharon Osbourne, the singer’s wife, explained.

"When they finished the other guys were teasing him the entire night... He just lost it "His entire life he has just idolised the Beatles. He says that's what got him into music. I've been with Ozzy... coming up 35 years and every single day for 35 years he has listened to the Beatles... When Ozzy was in a coma, when he had his motorbike accident, we used to blast the Beatles in his room."

Black Sabbath’s iconic song, Paranoid, is featured on the latest Beats Music commercial, which aired in one of the highly-coveted Super Bowl advert slots. It saw Ellen DeGeneres play out the classic fairytale Goldilocks, but instead of porridge, she’s looking for good music.

After finding ‘Dad’s’ music too fast (that’s Paranoid, by the way), Mum’s music too slow, and the ‘teenager’s’ music… well the less said about that the better. Beats Music comes to the rescue, along with Aloe Blacc, and the three bears, the wolf and Goldilocks all dance in unison.

Ozzy Osbourne Explains Muddled Ringo Starr Grammys Intro: "I Completely F***ed It Up!" 4043177 News

Ozzy Osbourne has reflected upon one of the more bemusing incidents of last night's Grammy Awards. The 65 year-old rock star was tasked with introducing former Beatle Ringo Starr at the glitzy music event in Los Angeles. The Grammys organisers had made it simple for the Black Sabbath frontman: all he had to do was stand on stage with his bandmates and read from a teleprompter.

Ozzy Osbourne

Ozzy, Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler headed to the stage for the introduction and the singer began to read the script. However, Ozzy soon lost pace and jumbled up his words to form an incoherent stream of babble, according to Fox News. Tony and Geezer burst into laughter at their band chum's ineptness but Twitter reactions soon took the shape of a collective eye-roll as exasperated Grammys viewers questioned the rocker's sobriety.

Black Sabbath
Black Sabbath Showed They're Still The Kings Of Rock At The Grammys.

The star has struggled with substance abuse over the years but probably decided to let his hair down on the night that Sabbath took the award for Best Metal Performance with 'God Is Dead?' and proved they're still the kings of rock music. Formed in the late sixties, the group certainly represented some of the most veteran performers present at an event that consistently favours the hot young things of the music industry.

The band were interviewed backstage after their Grammys win and Ozzy's words were characteristically profane. "I completely f***ed it up," he said, evaluating his teleprompter goof. He was then asked whether he was a fan of country pop star Taylor Swift who, unlike in recent years, went home empty-handed.

"Yes, I am a big fan of Taylor Swift," professed Ozzy, adding "Who the f*** is Taylor Swift?"

Perhaps some special Ozzy subtitles may need to be arranged for next year?

Kelly Osbourne gushes about her father 4041728 News

Kelly Osbourne will never love any man as much as her father.

The 'Fashion Police' co-host, who split from her fiancé Matthew Mosshart earlier this month, gushed about her rocker dad, Ozzy Osbourne, after attending the Clive Davis and The Recording Academy's pre-Grammy gala with him at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles on Saturday night (25.01.14).

In a touching post on Twitter, she wrote: ''There will never be any man in this world that I love more than my dad!''

Kelly, 29, who also attended the party with her mother Sharon Osbourne, got into a fight with Jonah Hill's brother, Jordan Feldstein, at the star-studded event but hinted her dad helped her have a great night anyway.

She posted a picture of her looking very happy with the Black Sabbath singer, 65, on Instagram, with the caption: ''My Dadda is the best person on earth to go to #hollywood parties with all we do is laugh because we can't take anything seriously! #CliveDavisParty #grammys (sic)''

Kelly has been very unlucky in love and previously endured a bitter break-up with her former fiancé, Luke Worrall, in July 2010, but recently insisted her split from vegan chef Matthew, whom she met at Kate Moss' wedding in July 2011, wasn't ''dramatic.''

She said: ''It was a mutual decision. We love each other very much, it just wasn't the right time for us, and I think that if we're weren't as mature and as adult as we are then we could have gone down a road that got not very nice.

''We're still really really good friends, we're just not living in the same house.''

She added: ''There is no dramatic story. I wish there was so there was something to tell people, but no, it just happens in life.''

Sharon Osbourne knew she'd take Ozzy back 4037673 News

Sharon Osbourne always knew she'd take Ozzy Osbourne back.

The couple split briefly last April after the rocker began drinking and abusing prescription drugs again but the 'Talk' host insisted she only walked out on their marriage so she didn't seem ''weak'' and to teach her spouse a lesson.

She said: ''You put up this front because it's what you should do. You feel, 'This is what I should do. I can't be seen to be weak. I can't let somebody disrespect me this much so I have to come out with this.'

''But in my gut, I knew I'm not going anywhere, you know, but I have to give him a hard time because if I don't it's going to happen in two weeks again.''

Sharon - who has children Aimee, 30, Kelly, 29, and Jack, 28, with Ozzy - also admitted to throwing coffee over her husband during showdown talks after they split.

In a joint interview on CNN's 'Piers Morgan Live', she said: ''Ozzy came around to have a talk at the hotel that I was staying at and I was like, 'This is divorce, this is it. This is what I want. I want this, this, this, and this. And then it's over.' And he goes, 'You do calling at me.'

''And I was drinking a cappuccino and I went, 'Whoops' on his head.''

The Black Sabbath frontman has now been sober for over 10 months and he admits he finds each day ''hard'', and he avoids temptation by not socialising after gigs.

He said: ''It's hard especially when you come off a stage, and you're doing a great concert. And that's where it all starts.

''You want the party to continue but what I want to do is get off the stage in the car and go. I don't socialise with people in the park and gigs, you know, I don't go there.''

Sharon Osbourne Comments on Kelly's Broke Engagement: "Let The Auditions Begin!" 4016027 News

Kelly Osbourne shocked the world when she announced the end of her engagement to Matthew Mosshart on Wednesday (January 8), but it looks like it was the right thing for everyone. Never one to keep her feelings to herself, Kelly's mom Sharon Osbourne decided to comment on the end of the relationship.

Kelly OsbourneKelly Osbourne and Matthew Mosshart, back in 2013

"I can't talk for my daughter, [but] Matthew is a lovely guy," Osbourne said on her show The Talk (via Us Weekly). "They had two great years together of fun and love and to me, that's why engagements are so important."

For Sharon Osbourne, the engagement was less of a "let's spend the rest of our lives together" commitment, and more of a "let's see if we like each other" test.

"Engagements are a test run, aren't they? And so it didn't work for whatever reason but they are still good friends and will continue to be," she continued. "It's just not right for them right now. So -- let the auditions begin!"

Kelly Osbourne and Mosshart met less than three years ago, and announced their engagement in July 2013. Osbourne is currently working for the E! News Fashion Police as a host, and made the announcement just before the beginning of the 2014 awards season.

Her rep explained, "the split is amicable and the pair continue to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another. Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings. No further comments will be provided by all parties and we request privacy, decorum and space from the press but don't expect it."

Sam Bailey Plans To "Rush Release" Debut Album For Spring Release 4006837 News

Sam Bailey will no doubt still be reeling from her X Factor final success and subsequent chart success with debut single 'Skyscraper.' Having won the talent show and scored the Christmas No. 1, the next task on Bailey's agenda is getting her debut album written and released, as the singer recently revealed that she is already set to hit the studio and start working on her first full-length.

Sam Bailey
'Skyscraper' became one of the year's biggest-selling sngles

Bailey's first LP will consist largely of cover versions of already-popular songs, which apparently infuriated her X Factor mentor Sharon Osbourne, but this is something that Sam isn't too bothered about. Rather than be bummed out by the lack of originality appearing on her album, Bailey instead said she was simply excited to be making music and happy that she gets to make an album in the first place, which is, refreshingly, the exact kind of outlook we'd have hoped from the everywoman.

"2014 is going to be a huge year for me," Bailey told the Official Chart Company in a recent sit-down. "Basically, I'm in the studio pretty much straight away. We're hoping to get an album out for spring. On the album, I'm going to try and do things a little bit differently."

"I want to do some songs that people haven't heard in a while, and bring back some stuff that people probably haven't even heard of, so that it feels like a new song." She continued, "I'm going to try and do some stuff of my own and get some songs out there that are originals. We're getting our head together in the next few weeks just to see what we can come up with. I'm really excited and I'm just ready to knuckle down and get this album out."

No title or exact release date has been revealed yet, but we expect that all to come in due time, once Bailey has actually gotten to work in the studio.

Bailey is still getting used to fame

Julie Chen, Jenny McCarthy Tension Over The View Vs. The Talk Hosting [Video] 3997598 News

Another talkshow spat has broken out: this time between Julie Chen, Jenny McCarthy after the CBS daytime host of The Talk shared her strong opinions about the newly hired co-host on The View.

Julie Chen Has Some Pretty Strong Opinions About Jenny McCarthy.

Chen's words weren't exactly barbed with spite or malice towards her fellow TV personality; she said that she felt that McCarthy was badly placed on The View. When asked whether the hiring of McCarthy by The View was a mistake, Chen said "Yes."

The 43-year-old Talk moderator, added "Because what made The View so popular and so good was that it was five different women-from five different walks of life-discussing politics. And when [...] Joy [Behar] left and when Elisabeth [Hasselbeck] left, and they got Jenny in, I think they were trying to lighten the mood at the table. More gossip, more fun, more laughs. Jenny is beautiful and funny and talented and smart. In my opinion, The View doesn't know what it is now."

Julie went on to serve Jenny a back-handed compliment when she said "No one wants to hear Jenny McCarthy talk about the New York mayoral race or politics. They don't. That's not what you put Jenny McCarthy on for."

Talk co-host Sharon Osbourne, who was also being interviewed on Howard Stern's radio show on Wednesday (10th Dec.) sided with Chen's opinion that The View had lost some of its direction and identity because of McCarthy's arrival. "This is what their show was. You knew what to expect. You watched it for their different opinions and now it's kind of all over the place. It's not one or the other," she said.

It's not that Julie wouldn't want to work alongside Jenny though: she and Sharon both agreed that The View host and former Playboy model would be much better placed on a less politically-charged show like The Talk.

McCarthy debuted on The View in September after Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Joy Behar left the show to move on to new opportunities. Do you think she should stay or were Sharon and Julie the only ones brave enough to speak out?

Sharon Osbourne Give Us WAY Too Much Information About Her Cosmetic Surgery Procedures 3976412 News

Sharon Osbourne isn't exactly known for being closed off or unwilling to delve into her private life and when she appeared on the BBC's The Graham Norton Show earlier this week, Sharon lived up to her billing as an open book. Discussing plastic surgery procedures, Sharon revealed that she has been under the knife, but not necessarily where you'd expect the knife to go.

Osbourne was a guest on the show on Friday, 29 November, with the interview going to air on 7 December. Whilst on the show, Osbourne was complimented on her looks by host Graham Norton when she revealed that she is no stranger to the surgeon's scalpel. Admitting to having gone under the knife to keep her youthful looks, Sharon went on to explain that she has also had a few other procedures done, including having her "vagina tightened."

After being complimented on how well she looks after her various procedures, Sharon was then asked what the most painful procedure she has ever had, to which she bluntly replied, "having my vagina tightened."

"It was the worst. It was just excruciating," Sharon told a grimacing Graham. Asked what the procedure entailed by fellow guest Colin Farrell, Sharon cheekily told the Irish actor, "I'll show you later."

Plugging her new book, the X Factor host went on to say that she wrote it during her recouperation from the surgery, "because you can't move you see. Not for a while."

In the book, as Sharon discussed briefly in her interview, Sharon recalls the past six years of her life, including her surgery, her husband Ozzy Osbourne's most recent relapse, which ultimately led to them breaking up temporarily, and their eventual reconciliation after divorce seemed on the horizon.
