South Korean movie SECRET SUNSHINE dominated the second annual Asian Film Awards on Monday (17Mar08), taking home three trophies, including Best Film. The movie, about a widow and her child starting a new life in a small town, also took home Best Director and Best Actress prizes for Lee Chang-dong and Jeon Do-yeon respectively. Elsewhere, Tony Leung won Best Actor for his role in Lust, Caution and veteran Japanese director Yamada Yoji, best known for his 2002 film The Twilight Samurai, was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
