Seagal Blasts Blues Critics: 'I Belong Onstage'

Action man Steven Seagal has lashed out at critics of his music, insisting blues greats like B.B. King and ALBERT COLLINS have given him reason to believe he's good at what he does.

The Under Siege star has been ridiculed for playing the blues but he's not planning to put down his guitar anytime soon - especially after earning praise from his musical heroes.

Seagal tells Hustler magazine, "I've played with the greatest blues masters and legends of our time. They love, respect and praise me. That should mean f**king something.

"I've shared the stage with Albert Collins, Clarence 'Gatemouth' Brown and B.B. King and they say I belong there... I really don't give a f**k (about the critics)."

Stevens music is not bad. And he has earned the right to play on stage with the nig ones. No one can beat that. He used "f**king" cauese he is been critized for almost everything he does. Including the latest lawsuit from that crazy ex-employee. Alltouhgh it is not the buddhistic way to let his temper go like that. But understandelble. I like Steven Seagal. He partly inspired me to follow Buddhism, aikido, Kyonkushinkai karate do,and tai ci. His first movies were high budget and not all that bad. His latest movies are mostly almost very bad. Except for some action-scenes. Still I watch them cause he plays in it. Alltough his acting is not that good. He does many other things in his life wich I respect. He has the pissed squeesed out of him by all the critics. If you look beyond all that you see what good he does. And at least he is not one of all the other celebs that go crazy over drugs, alchohol and other weird scandals. He is not some lost freak living only on his talent and wondering without a soul. Do the math and find out that Steven is a good man and has done great things in his life.Ohm mani padme hum. Ohm tare tutare tare. Siddhi. Namaste, ohm shante. Steven knows what it all means.

I have not heard Steven play the blues but if he`s sharing the stage with B.B. King and King approves then ok.I dont think he has to use bad language to show his disapprovel of his critics.Sincne he has what it takes to impress B.B.King shouldnt he also have what it takes to not use bad language? Thanks and go Steven, James
