Scottish actor Angus Lennie has died at the age of 84.
The star passed away in a London nursing home on Sunday (14Sep14).
Lennie was best known in Britain for his role in soap opera Crossroads, in which he played Shughie MCFee from 1974 to 1981.
He also appeared in the films The Great Escape, Oh! What a Lovely War, Petticoat Pirates and Tunes of Glory and in Tv shows Doctor Who, Keeping Up Appearances, All Night Long and Monarch of the Glen.
