Sarah Palin - Sarah Palin Hunting Footage Is A Snuff Film Says Sorkin
SARAH PALIN, the former Governor of Alaska and possible Republican presidential candidate, has been heavily criticised by the 'West Wing' creator AARON SORKIN for killing a caribou on a recent episode of her reality show 'Sarah Palin's Alaska', reports the Huffington Post.
49-year-old Sorkin, who also wrote the recent 'Facebook' movie 'The Social Network', lambasted Palin over her shooting of the animal, which he suggested was for 'political gain'. He also accused the controversial politician of making a 'snuff film', and described her as "deranged", "a witless bully", and "a phony pioneer girl". However, the multi-award winning screenwriter didn't stop there - he went on to say that US cable network 'The Learning Channel' should be "ashamed of itself" for broadcasting "a truly awful show".
The latest episode of 'Sarah Palin's Alaska' sees the contender for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination going hunting with her father, and shooting a caribou. Sorking's angry response, in an open letter on the Huffington Post's website, included a direct accusation that read, "I don't watch snuff films and you make them. You weren't killing that animal for food or shelter or even fashion, you were killing it for fun. You enjoy killing animals".
