Childbirth was extra painful for actress Sarah Michelle Gellar - she fractured her jaw screaming.
The former Buffy the Vampire Slayer star arrived at the hospital minutes before giving birth and was not able to receive an epidural.
She tells U.S. late night host David Letterman, "I think I yelled so loud that I actually fractured my jaw. True story, I had to have surgery afterwards... from biting down.
"I felt so badly (for screaming), I thought there was going to be some woman down the hall giving birth to their first child hearing this going, 'I'm not doing this'."
