Sara Bareilles - Sara Bareilles Auctioning Off Memorabilia To Help Stage Collapse Victims

The Love Song star had just left the stage when storm winds brought the structure down, killing seven festival-goers and injuring another 40.

And she's still recovering from the August (11) tragedy.

She says, "It definitely changes the way you step onstage. We were all very fortunate that day and no one in my crew... was hurt from that, but we all saw a lot of stuff that we wish we hadn't seen."

Now she's determined to help those recovering from the tragedy.

Bareilles adds, "We've put together an eBay auction to benefit the families that were affected by that tragic event... All sorts of artists have donated time and unique special gifts."

The memorabilia went on show on Bareilles' website on Monday (19Sep11).
