Sandi Thom - Sandi Thom Launches Record Label

The 30 year old has created Guardian Angels Records under Universal Music Group and hopes to find emerging stars both in the U.K. and the U.S.

Thom tells Music Week, "We give the artist the opportunity to learn their industry and only work with highly capable individuals. It's not just about the talent - you have to work for everything.

"We are looking to grow beyond the set standard, paving the way for a new age in the music industry - coupling zest, creativity and determination with independence, new technology and nose-to-the-grindstone hard work."
