Sam Fox's Shark Ordeal
The contestants have arrived at the 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' camp in different ways, with some riding horseback, two hiking, a third group skydiving - and Sam Fox and Gino D'Acampo swimming through shark-infested waters.
Sam Fox and Gino D'Acampo swam through shark-infested waters to reach the 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' camp.
The brave pair were forced to face the gruelling challenges of the ITV1 reality contest a day early after joining their campmates-to-be on a luxury yacht and canapés.
During their meeting, show hosts Ant and Dec broke the news that one male and one female contestant would have to spend a night on a desert island before swimming to camp the next day and after failing to reach an agreement, the stars drew lots with the chef and former glamour model the unlucky duo.
Executive producer Chris Bogden said: "We had to increase safety. Shark nets surrounded the island, but the celebrities didn't know that. Great whites have been spotted in the area."
After spending the night on the island, Sam and Gino undertook their first Bushtucker Trial - pulling stars out from tanks of creatures - to win beds and meals for the camp.
They then swam to meet up with the rest of the contestants, who had been given different ways of getting from their luxury hotel to the jungle.
Camilla Dallerup, Jimmy White, Justin Ryan and Stuart Manning arrived on horseback, much to the terror of the professional dancer.
Camilla - who has been frightened of horses since she fell while riding at the age of five - said: "If you'd asked me last week if I would get on a horse I would have said 'absolutely no way."
Meanwhile, Lucy Benjamin, Sabrina Washington and Colin McAlister were taken up in a plane - and told to skydive out.
The oldest competitors, George Hamilton, 70, and 67-year-old Kim Woodburn hiked to the camp.
