Ryan Dunn - Ryan Dunn Highly Intoxicated Driving 130mph
Ryan Dunn, the 'Jackass' star who was killed in a car crash on Monday (20th June 2011) was heavily intoxicated at the time of his fatal collision. Ryan Dunn's blood alcohol level was 0.196, more than twice the legal limit of 0.08 in Pennsylvania, according to West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll who spoke with Tmz.com.
Dunn, who was reportedly driving at 130 mph at the time, crashed his Porsche 911 into a tree after he had allegedly been drinking at a local bar. The road in West Goshen carried a 55mph speed limit. The crash also killed his passenger Zachary Hartwell, who worked as a production assistant on the second Jackass movie. It has also emerged that Dunn had amassed 23 driving convictions including ten for speeding before the accident on Monday. His best friend Bam Margera was in tears as he visited the scene of the crash this week. He had previously had a Twitter spat with Robert Ebert after the movie critic suggested Dunn may have been drink-driving when the accident occurred. Officer Carroll, who was involved in the accident reconstruction, noted that it was the worst crash he had ever experienced.
Ryan Dunn appeared in all five 'Jackass' movies with the likes of Johnny Knoville, Bam Margera and Steve-O. He crashed a golf kart during the original film, leaving his passenger Knoxville unconscious for a brief period.
