Russell Brand - Russell Brand Loves Hanging Out With Yoga Teacher

The actor/comedian has often been photographed with his guru Tej Kaur Khalsa in recent weeks and he admits she helps calm his nerves and keep him grounded.

He took the yoga teacher with him as his guest when he made a Tuesday (17Jul12) appearance on U.S. late night show Jimmy Kimmel Live and told the host, "She's out the back now... I like her, she's a nice person.

"Spiritual people... it's good to hang around with them type of people (sic) because otherwise you spend your whole life thinking about materialistic, meaningless things that can never ever ever make you happy."

Brand told comedian Kimmel he took Tej to the recent MTV Movie Awards when he hosted: "She makes me feel real chilled out (sic)."
