Ruffalo Left Avengers Premiere After Daughter Got Scared
Actor Mark Ruffalo had to leave the premiere of The Avengers movie because his young daughter was terrified by her father's big screen transformation from Bruce Banner into The Hulk.
Four-year-old Odette grabbed onto her dad's arm and asked him to take her out of the cinema minutes into the movie.
He says, "She was like, 'I don't like this... Why do you want to kill that girl?' She totally freaked out."
Hearing the news for the first time, co-star and new dad Robert Downey, Jr. joked Ruffalo should have made his daughter sit through the film.
He tells news show Access Hollywood, "He should have said, 'You listen to me, don't you ruin this for daddy!'"
