Australian model-turned-Dj Ruby Rose has cancelled a number of upcoming shows as she battles a severe bout of depression.
The Mtv Vj, 27, has axed a series of Dj dates across Australia this month (Apr13) and cited mental health issues for the cancellations.
In a series of posts on Twitter.com, she writes, "It is with great sadness that despite everything I have tried in the short time I was given I am still losing my battle with depression... It is because of this that I will be making it my priority to take some time off work to make me the woman who once inspired so many...
"I'm not giving up... I'm just addressing it and putting it before anything else right now... As for cancelled dates this month I'm sorry. Very. But these things need attention sometimes. I urge u (sic) all to do the same if feeling down."
Rose has previously hosted America's Total Request Live (Trl) show and presented Australia's Next Top Model. She also appears Christina Ricci's upcoming film Around the Block.
Corgan took to Instagram to confirm rumours of new Pumpkins material, saying the first songs could arrive as early as May.
